This automated secondary packaging system comprises a conveyor at the VFFS machine output and an intermediate conveyor to synchronize pouch speeds. Additionally, it features a matrix conveyor for creating matrices and feeding them into horizontal flow wraps. The utilization of Infinity’s cutting-edge PICK & PLACE system ensures gentle product transfer, precise handling, and swift changeovers.

Operating with a maximum input speed of 100 packs per minute from VFFS, the system achieves an output speed of 8-12 secondary packs per minute. It seamlessly integrates with VFFS and HFFS machines, offering flexibility in production. The sensor-based technology employed guarantees accurate product counting, ensuring that 100% quality-assured products reach customers.
